Working principle:
Industrial jet pumps, also known as jet pumps and injectors. A pump that utilizes the jet action of high-pressure working fluid to transport fluid. Composed of nozzles, mixing chambers, and expansion tubes. To ensure smooth operation, a vacuum chamber (also known as a suction chamber) is installed at the throat; In order to fully mix the two fluids, there is a mixing chamber behind the vacuum chamber. During operation, the working fluid is sprayed out of the nozzle at a high speed, forming a low pressure in the vacuum chamber, causing the transported liquid to be sucked into the vacuum chamber and then enter the mixing chamber. In the mixing chamber, the high-energy working fluid and the low-energy transported liquid are fully mixed, allowing energy to exchange with each other, and the speed gradually becomes consistent. When entering the diffusion chamber from the throat, the speed slows down and the static pressure rises, achieving the purpose of transporting liquid.
Application scope:
Jet pumps are suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure, and high vacuum fields, such as vacuum evaporation, vacuum drying, vacuum refrigeration, vacuum distillation, and can also lift liquids, alkalis, or suspensions containing abrasives. They are also suitable for special environments with strong radiation.
