Impeller speed is low and lift cannot be achieved: When we first buy a submersible pump, we often try it out, but during the trial, we will find that the actual lift does not reach the standard lift and the impeller speed is also very low. In this case, please don't panic. It may be that the wiring is incorrect. It is recommended to change the live wire. It may also be that the submersible pump is inferior and the lift cannot be achieved. So it is recommended to buy high-quality products.

The submersible pump has weak water discharge and small flow: Take out the submersible pump and check that the rotor rotates flexibly and the rotor can rotate when powered on. After disassembling the water pump and checking, it was found that the lower end shaft and bearing of the submersible pump were loose, and the rotor moved down, so the rotor rotated weakly and the output power was small. Use appropriate gaskets to pad between the rotor and the bearing to move the rotor up, install the test machine, and the fault can be eliminated.

After power on, the impeller does not rotate: If the submersible pump is found to have a buzzing AC sound after power on, the impeller does not rotate. Please cut off the power supply and turn the impeller at the water inlet. If it cannot be turned, it means that the rotor is stuck. If the impeller can be turned, but it does not rotate after power is turned on, the cause of the fault may be that the bearing is severely worn. When the power is turned on, the magnetism generated by the stator attracts the rotor and cannot rotate. Replace the bearing and assemble the water pump again. The impeller can be turned flexibly and the fault is eliminated.

Oil leakage: The oil leakage of the submersible pump is mainly caused by the serious wear of the sealing box, which causes oil leakage in the sealing box oil chamber or poor sealing at the outlet box.
5/5
Electric leakage: Electric leakage is the most common fault of the submersible pump and one of the most dangerous factors that endanger personal safety. Therefore, special attention should be paid. The fault phenomenon is that when the knife is closed, the leakage protector in the transformer distribution room will trip (it will be very dangerous if there is no leakage protector, which will cause the motor to burn out).
