Due to the working environment and time of the submersible pump, some failures will inevitably occur. In order to improve its working efficiency, we will work with you to analyze the failure of the submersible pump.
1. The submersible pump operates with abnormal vibration and instability.
Main reasons for failure:
① The anchor bolts of the water pump base are not tightened or loose
② The outlet pipe has no independent support, and the vibration of the pipe affects the pump.
③ The quality of the impeller is unbalanced, even damaged or loose
④ The upper and lower bearings of the water pump are damaged
Troubleshooting methods:
① Tighten all anchor bolts evenly
② Set up an independent and stable support for the water pump outlet pipe to prevent the water pump outlet pipe flange from bearing load
③ Repair or replace the impeller
④ Replace the upper and lower bearings of the water pump
2. The submersible pump has no water output or insufficient flow.
Cause of failure:
① The installation height of the water pump is too high and the immersion depth of the impeller is insufficient, resulting in a decrease in the water output of the water pump.
② The water pump rotates in the opposite direction
③ The water outlet valve cannot be opened
④ The water outlet pipe is not smooth or the impeller is blocked
⑤ The wear-resistant ring at the lower end of the water pump is seriously worn or blocked by debris.
⑥ The density or viscosity of the pumped liquid is too high
⑦ The impeller falls off or is damaged
⑧ When multiple water pumps share the output pipeline, the one-way valve is not installed or the one-way valve is not tightly sealed.
Troubleshooting methods:
① Control the allowable deviation of the water pump installation elevation and do not expand it arbitrarily
② Before trial operation of the water pump, check whether the steering direction is consistent with the water pump. During use, you should always check whether the phase sequence of the power supply has changed.
③ Check the valve and maintain the valve regularly
④ Clean the blockages in pipes and impellers, and frequently remove debris from the reservoir
⑤ Replace the wear ring and clean up debris
⑥ Re-equipped with matching pump
⑦ Reinstall or replace
⑧ Install the one-way valve and replace the one-way valve seal
3. The submersible pump does not rotate when starting it
Cause of issue:
① Poor contact between power switch and plug
② The control circuit fuse is burned out
③ The main circuit fuse is burned out
④ The two-phase submersible pump capacitor is burned out
⑤ Three-phase submersible pump lacks phase
Troubleshooting methods:
① Repair or replace
② Replace insurance
③ Replace insurance
④ Replace the capacitor
⑤ Connect the phase-break circuit
