Check the bearings of the submersible pump: Check the upper and lower bearings of the motor. If wear or excessive clearance is found, the bearings must be replaced in a timely manner. It is strictly prohibited to use them "with defects".
The inspection method is as follows:
If the submersible pump produces a "clicking" sound when the motor is running, and the cycle is proportional to the speed, and it feels laborious to rotate the rotor by hand, it is due to a slight roughness or tearing phenomenon on the bearing raceway; If there is an intermittent "choking" sound inside the bearing, there may be an uncertain dead center when rotating the rotor by hand, usually due to damage to the ball frame of the submersible pump, rupture of the inner ring, or breakage of the ball. In case of the above situation, the bearing must be replaced to avoid further damage.
Before disassembling the submersible pump, marks should be made on the joint between the front and rear end covers and the base. In order to assemble as is after repair, so as not to cause assembly errors and cause misalignment of the shaft; When disassembling components such as the impeller and shaft sleeve of a submersible pump, it should be noted that hard punching is not allowed. The principle of thermal expansion can be used, such as heating while gently tapping or using tools such as "pullers" to remove them.
The cause of the burnt winding should be analyzed (such as overload, pump jamming, phase loss, water leakage, leakage, and short circuit). When disassembling the motor winding of the submersible pump, do not cause the silicon steel sheet to tilt, shift, or bristle, to avoid grounding or short circuit faults when assembling a new winding and knocking the "bell mouth". When rewinding a new coil, the enameled wire and insulation paper must be produced by a reputable manufacturer, as the heat resistance rating of submersible pump motors is generally E or B. Be sure to correspond to its heat resistance rating. The thickness of the low insulation should be sufficient and the pad should be inserted in place. When removing the winding, be careful not to scratch the stator core with the coil, and avoid repeatedly marking with a marking board.
