Daily Maintenancea.

1. Regularly check the insulation reslstance between the winding of the electric pump and themotor barrel, and the insulation reslstance shall not be less than SMQ (megaohms) in theworking state, otherwise technical support must be sought and the requlrements can be usedonly after meeting the requirements.

2. After 2000 hours of normal use, the electric pump should be repaired and maintained in atimely manner, and should check the wearing parts, such as roling bearings, mechanical sealsimpellers, pressure tanks, etc,, if damage occurs, lt should be replaced in time, after dismantlingthe machine to repair or replace all kinds of seals, the pressure parts and the whole machineshould be tested according to the maximum working pressure, and there shall be no leakage andsweating after 3 minutes.

3. lf the electric pump ls not used for a long time, it should be piped, drain the water in the pump,scrub the main parts clean, place it in a dry and ventllated place, and keep it properly.

4. Pay attention to ventilation in summer or high temperature environment to prevent electrical fallure caused by dow in the electrical part, and at the same time prolong the service life of theelectric pump.
